Bank account statement

To get a certified bank account statement, you have to go to the bank and ask for it. Sometimes, there is a fee for issuing such a statement and it varies depending on the bank, from 7 PLN (Millennium) up to 100 PLN.

The statement is issued on a form presented by the bank and should by drawn up straightaway. It must contain the bank’s stamp and a signature of the bank’s employee authorised to issue such documents.

In Meritum Bank you can print the statement out yourself from the online banking service for the purpose of presenting it to the authorities.
